Director of Information Technology.  Supervise development teams for interactive voice response applications and computer telephone integration solutions. Review all project plans and designs to facilitate progress of time lines and ensure successful achievement of the goals.

          Implemented an automated database retrieval process for acquiring CRM data replacing a manual transcription method, which resulted in a 25% cost savings.

          Streamlined and automated the system for processing and delivering reports, allowing for a reduction of the operations staff needs by one third.

          Utilized open source technologies to create a data routing system in and out of a securely isolated SFTP server eliminating 99.999% of any unauthorized accesses.

          Designed and developed an in-house backup system eliminating the need for high cost storage appliances, reducing the cost by nearly $5000 per server.
